At the centre of our imagined Sunday table sits the Golden Bird, its warm herb-scented crust promising a generous supper. Maple sweetness softens the bright bite of mustard; porcini and onion lend savoury depth, while lemon peel and winter savory lift the richness. Fenugreek adds a quiet toasted note to this golden, hearth-inspired blend.

The Alchemist’s Recommendation

Designed for roast chicken and other poultry. Pat dry, rub a light coating over the surface and roast using safe guidance for the bird or cut. A little oil may help the seasoning adhere. Avoid fierce direct heat that can scorch the sugars, and cook poultry thoroughly. Serve with roast potatoes, cabbage or buttery carrots. Not intended as an uncooked finishing seasoning.

Sea salt, maple sugar, yellow MUSTARD powder, porcini mushroom powder, onion granules, cracked black pepper, lemon peel powder, garlic granules, winter savory leaf, tapioca starch, ground fenugreek seed.
